Teulu in Welsh means family. Our owner/ creator Sian Welshgoddess is from Wales in the United Kingdom. The reason that the name Teulu is used is because we would rather be a family of breeders than have customers. So welcome to our family, where you will always feel at home.

The Teulu Horses were released on November 13, 2021 with the release of the starter coats. These horses come in Grey, Black, White, Tan and Dark Brown. Also available is the furry version of each colour.

We are found on Tuelu Breedables sim located http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Urban%20Paradise/128/128/27. This is our main store and has all of your needs to get your horse breeding business started.

The company Teulu Breedables was created in March 2020 with the Teulu Furbs and later branched to Teulu Horses in November 2021.

THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (“LICENCE AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. YOU SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING ANY TEULU BREEDABLES PRODUCT (the “PRODUCT”).

THE PRODUCT CONTAINS BREEDABLE DIGITAL ANIMALS, THE ACCESS AND USE OF WHICH IS LICENSED BY TEULU BREEDABLES TO ITS CUSTOMERS FOR THE USE OF BREEDING AND SELLING ONLY AS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE TEULU BREEDABLES AND DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT – YOU MAY DECIDE TO PROMPTLY RETURN THE PRODUCT TO TEULU BREEDABLES BY CONTACTING TEULU BREEDABLES ? BY USING THE TEULU BREEDABLES OR ACCESSING OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

THE PRODUCT LIMITATIONS SECTION BELOW SPECIFIES IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS OF THE TEULU BREEDABLES AND RELATED SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH TEULU BREEDABLES AND USERS. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, AS YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO THEM.

you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to enter into this Licence Agreement relating to the TEULU Breedables and are of sufficient legal age in your jurisdiction or residence to use or access the TEULU Breedables.

LICENSE
Subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this Licence Agreement, TEULU Breedables grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the TEULU Breedables, only in breeding and selling, solely as embedded on the TEULU Breedables product which you own or control, and only for and in connection with your personal, non-commercial use of the Product. You are not permitted to (and will not permit others to) lease, rent, distribute, assign, commercially exploit, or sub-license the TEULU Breedables or to use the TEULU Breedables in a copybotting arrangement or in any other unauthorised manner. Further, The TEULU Breedables and TEULU Breedables products may not be stored on your drive or anywhere off second life database.

TEULU BREEDABLES UPDATES
From time to time, TEULU Breedables may provide updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, and other modifications to improve the TEULU Breedables and related services (“Patches”). You acknowledge that you may be required to delete, send in or get the update to continue to access and use the Product and the Product TEULU Breedables. You agree and consent to Patches being automatically sent out without receiving any additional notice or providing any additional consent.

NO ASSIGNMENT; NO REVERSE ENGINEERING
Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of the TEULU Breedables is expressly prohibited.

NO EXPORTING

The TEULU Breedables and Product are not to be exported from second life. You agree not to export or re-export the TEULU Breedables or accompanying documentation (or any copies thereof) or any products utilising the TEULU Breedables or such documentation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the United States or the country in which you obtained them. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold TEULU Breedables harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of this paragraph.

NO IMPLIED RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted by TEULU Breedables to you in this Licence Agreement are hereby reserved by TEULU Breedables and its suppliers. There are no implied rights in this Licence Agreement.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Licence Agreement is effective from the date you first use the TEULU Breedables or Product and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to TEULU Breedables. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Licence Agreement. Upon such termination, the licences granted by this Licence Agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Product, TEULU Breedables and documentation. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this Licence Agreement

PROHIBITED USE

You are prohibited from selling TEULU Breedables – FURBS and its Products for less then 100L. if you fail to read and comply with these agreements you may forfeit the ability to use and access TEULU Breedables and its Products and your TEULU Breedables and products may result in termination of TEULU Breedables use. TEULU Breedables will not be responsible for any loss or damage of TEULU Breedables products if you break the EULA agreement.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold TEULU Breedables harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of this paragraph.

You are prohibited from selling TEULU Breedables – HORSES and its Products for less then 400L. if you fail to read and comply with these agreements you may forfeit the ability to use and access TEULU Breedables and its Products and your TEULU Breedables and products may result in termination of TEULU Breedables use. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in this Licence Agreement (including anything specified in this “Limitation of Liability” provision) shall attempt to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, TEULU BREEDABLES DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES FOR ITSELF AND ITS SUPPLIERS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF THE TEULU BREEDABLES OR PRODUCT, EVEN IF TEULU BREEDABLES OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT TEULU BREEDABLES OPTION. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & AMENDMENT

This Licence Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and TEULU Breedables, supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the TEULU Breedables, and may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties that identifies itself as an amendment to this Licence Agreement.

An OOAK is a one of a kind horse, where no one else will receive a copy of that horse until the owner decides to sell it. We have the Huntress Crimson Mosaic, Bonfire and Bonita, Camouflage Cameo and Purple Pumpkins

The 2 of a kind is where Teulu gives its customer the male and the female of a particular horse. We have the RFL 12 days of Christmas Childhood Cancer Event

A LE is a limited Edition Horse, which means that it can only be purchased during a specific time frame. We have Easter 2022 which drops the Bunny Pink and the bunny meadows. We also have the Elizabeth II Jubilee which drops the Trooping the Colours Fur.

Teulu Breedables has quite a few traits in its nine categories of traits.

The latest group of Traits are on the Third Generation Tiger horse and include the Iris Goch eyes (Red). the Iris Aqua (Aqua) and the Iris Piws (Purple)

Teulu Breedables has a wide range of products for sale on the horse section of the sim. We sell our starter horses in packages of one, two or four horses to get your breedable career off the ground. For those of you who prefer to have pets, we offer our Forever Pet Potion, so you can make your horse a pet and while it will no longer breed you will have a wonderful Teulu horse to show your friends and business associates.

The Bucket-O-Feed is used to keep your new breedable healthy and will last 2 horses or ponies about 2 ½ weeks. You can choose which Horses can eat from the food you set out.

All- Any horses or Ponies within the range of the food may feed from it.
Owner – Only the horses or ponies owned by the same owner can feed.
Group- All of the horses or ponies that are under the same group can feed from it.

Food is needed at all times, so make sure to purchase enough to keep your horses healthy. If your horses or ponies hunger exceeds 100% or health falls below 99%, the horse will become sick. ( Orange Text will appear and say SICK) If this happens you will need to get a Healing Kit from the Teulu Breedables Horses Shopping Center in-world.

The AppleFloss is for breeding, In order for your horses or ponies to breed they will need to be 7 days old and have fervour of 100%. To do this you will need to have Teulu AppleFloss. The Fervour is built up using this product. It is used the same way as the feed, except it will increase the horses or ponies “Ready to Feed”. If the Applefloss runs out or is out of range the Ready to Breed drops, so keep it close to your horses.

We also have a great range of products to help with breeding your horses. They care called Boosters and tinctures.
The Single Use Vet is for serving sick Teulu horses and ponies.

The Passion Booster 10% is for raising your horse or ponies fervour by 10% and can be used once a day.

The Pregnancy Booster 10% or 25% is for speeding up your horse’s pregnancy. This can also be used once a day.

We have several vendors who offer products geared to the Teulu Horses. Phoenix Moon Breedables offers Teulu Auto Feeders, and Zam Designs Teulu Horse Feeder are two of the ways that our 3rd Party Vendors help us make the Teulu Breedables an easier experience for our customers.

To find our Markets, Vendors and Auction houses, go to the Teulu horses main store and there is a board in front of it, which lists the markets.

We offer our customers free advertising and horse rockers that can be used for their panels and fish bowls. We also offer special prizes for monthly events and we also will support your auction when we are available to get the traffic to your auction.

To get help you can go to the Teulu Main site and get help from the CSR, if there is not one available or the problem you have is too hard for them to fix, you can get it done quickly by putting in a service ticket.


Where do I see who is staff and if on or offline?
To find out which staff is available, you simply go to the main Teulu Horse store. On the wall on the left hand side you will find the staff who are online. All you have to do is click on the picture and send that staff member a message. They will get back to you as quickly as they can.

At Teulu we believe that helping the world be a better place is our job. We have done events with Spoonful of Sugar (SOS) Doctors without Borders. UNICEFand the Ukraine. We have also participated in.2 years of Relay For Life/ Childhood cancer, this year will be our third. Additionally we have also done 2 yrs of Out Shop Cancer, .we will have a muscular dystrophy charity event this year and second year at Firestorm. Other charities we do include a concert for toys for tots and there wereTeulu horses and Teulu furbs such as the OOAK Crimson, the Eagle Freedom and the eyes called 70th Platinum, all of the proceeds went to the Ukraine. Lastly we sponsor a dance group which is Debauche featuring the Crystal Edge Dancers where we have a monthly show that features these wonderful dancers.

We have done a customer appreciation horse as a gift to any customer in our main group while we experience Second Life server and Amazon issues. We have also done Christmas shoulder pets and gifts from the tree. Additionally we have the second furb birthday where all of our customers received a furb and shoulder pet as a gift. If a customer was in the main group in June they received a Queen furb and horse as a gift to the main group. Additionally, the Eagle eye to Richard which was a gift to him when there was a mistake made by Teulu.
