THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. YOU SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING ANY TEULU BREEDABLES PRODUCT (the “PRODUCT”).

THE PRODUCT CONTAINS BREEDABLE DIGTIAL ANIMALS, THE ACCESS AND USE OF WHICH IS LICENSED BY TEULU BREEDABLES TO ITS CUSTOMERS FOR THE USE OF BREEDING AND SELLING ONLY AS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE TEULU BREEDABLES AND DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT - YOU MAY DECIDE TO PROMPTLY RETURN THE PRODUCT TO TEULU BREEDABLES BY CONTACTING TEULU BREEDABLES ? BY USING THE TEULU BREEDABLES OR ACCESSING OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

THE PRODUCT LIMITATIONS SECTION BELOW SPECIFIES IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS OF THE TEULU BREEDABLES AND RELATED SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH TEULU BREEDABLES AND USERS. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, AS YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO THEM.

you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to enter into this License Agreement relating to the TEULU Breedables and are of sufficient legal age in your jurisdiction or residence to use or access the TEULU Breedables.


LICENSE
Subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this License Agreement, TEULU Breedables grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the TEULU Breedables, only in breeding and selling, solely as embedded on the TEULU Breedables product which you own or control, and only for and in connection with your personal, non-commercial use of the Product. You are not permitted to (and will not permit others to) lease, rent, distribute, assign, commercially exploit, or sub-license the TEULU Breedables or to use the TEULU Breedables in a copybotting arrangement or in any other unauthorized manner. Further, The TEULU Breedables and TEULU Breedables products may not be stored on your drive or anywhere off secondlife database.

TEULU BREEDABLES UPDATES
From time to time, TEULU Breedables may provide updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, and other modifications to improve the TEULU Breedables and related services (“Patches”). You acknowledge that you may be required to delete, send in or get the update to continue to access and use the Product and the Product TEULU Breedables. You agree and consent to Patches being automatically sent out without receiving any additional notice or providing any additional consent.

NO ASSIGNMENT; NO REVERSE ENGINEERING
Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of the TEULU Breedables is expressly prohibited.

NO EXPORTING
The TEULU Breedables and Product are not to be exported from secondlife. You agree not to export or re-export the TEULU Breedables or accompanying documentation (or any copies thereof) or any products utilizing the TEULU Breedables or such documentation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the United States or the country in which you obtained them. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold TEULU Breedables harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of this paragraph.

NO IMPLIED RIGHTS
All rights not expressly granted by TEULU Breedables to you in this License Agreement are hereby reserved by TEULU Breedables and its suppliers. There are no implied rights in this License Agreement.

TERM AND TERMINATION
This License Agreement is effective from the date you first use the TEULU Breedables or Product and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to TEULU Breedables. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this License Agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this License Agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Product, TEULU Breedables and documentation. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this License Agreement

PROHIBITED USE
You are prohibited from selling TEULU Breedables - TeuluBreedables pets and associated Products for less then 100L. if you fail to read and comply with these agreements you may forfeit the ability to use and access TEULU Breedables and its Products and your TEULU Breedables and products may result in termination of TEULU Breedables use. TEULU Breedables will not be responsible for any loss or damage TEULU Breedables products if you break the EULA agreement. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold TEULU Breedables harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of this paragraph.

You are prohibited from selling TEULU Breedables - HORSES and its Products for less then 400L. if you fail to read and comply with these agreements you may forfeit the ability to use and access TEULU Breedables and its Products and your TEULU Breedables and products may result in termination of TEULU Breedables use. TEULU Breedables will not be responsible for any loss or damage TEULU Breedables products if you break the EULA agreement. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold TEULU Breedables harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your breach of this paragraph

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this License Agreement (including anything specified in this "Limitation of Liability" provision) shall attempt to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, TEULU BREEDABLES DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES FOR ITSELF AND ITS SUPPLIERS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF THE TEULU BREEDABLES OR PRODUCT, EVEN IF TEULU BREEDABLES OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND LIMITS ITS LIABILITY TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT TEULU BREEDABLES OPTION. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.


ENTIRE AGREEMENT & AMENDMENT

This License Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and TEULU Breedables, supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the TEULU Breedables, and may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties that identifies itself as an amendment to this License Agreement.

In the best interest to everyone we would like to make it clear with our TOS to protect our investment and our customers.

** We do not allow any copybotting of any of our products if you are found violating this term we will report you too LL and take legal action against anyone this breaks this TOS If the person does not comply we reserve the right to remove access to all TeuluBreedables products and/or vendors moving forward. **

We do not allow any of our designs to be taken or copied out side Second Life. We have invested a lot of time and money making this creation so please respect this and please do not ask for a License to take outside Second Life as this will be turned down**

Scripting and animations contained within TeuluBreedables products belong to TeuluBreedables. Any unauthorised attempt to copy or reverse engineer these will break our TOS and we will take action, we have worked hard to make our product.

If we find you engaged in any activities listed above, we reserve the right to remove your access to our database, sales vendors and disable any TeuluBreedables pets products you have purchased in our database and in world.

LICENSE AGREEMENT TOS

When Purchasing one of our products you are agreeing to abide by our terms of this agreement if for any reason you do not agree or feel you cannot comply then please delete them and retain no copies of them on any grid or your hard drive.. This is anything above

Violations of the license will be reported to Linden Labs under the American DCMA Copyright Act. Other legal actions will follow if deemed necessary.

Anyone wishing to sell bundles or live TeuluBreedables pets under 100L will be encouraged to Angel their items and will be able to buy items with there points. The Angels points will also depend on your live TeuluBreedables pet or bundle you angel to the value you will get for the of points you will receive you will get min 100 points plus bonus for traits and age of your TeuluBreedables pet.
